Refund policy

Each order placed on ugcshop.com gives a right to one free revision per creative, as long as the revision is based on information added in the brief.

Our client brief is the central and only document we use to ideate, research, and create your content. UGC SHOP cannot be held responsible nor can it make free revisions in situations where the client has failed to include the right or necessary information on the brief.

Once a creative is presented to the client, the client has 5 business days to send its revisions if any. Passed this delay, UGC SHOP has to right to refuse them or charge an additional cost.
